I am a queer priest. I am a priestly queer. This is who I am. This is who I am called to be.
Queer people discern an identity. We have to get honest about it, despite the risk. We find other people and we build community. Then we look the margins to see who is still struggling.
This is exactly what Christian faith demands. And what I know about being a good Christian I have mostly learned from walking this queer path every day of my life.
