A Transformative Church

What will a transformative church look like in ten years?

The stories of Jesus inspire us to transform fear into hope, oppression into liberation, and aimlessness into meaningful life. The institutional church has not always lived up to these aspirations, but individual communities have, and many continue to survive as beacons of hope and healing.

In the next ten years, the churches that let go of prejudice and privilege, the ones which celebrate diversity as a source of strength, rather than something to fear, those communities will transform lives, and we will change the world.

Are you under 40? Take the Transformative Church survey now.

  1. What do you think a transformative church will look like in 10 years?
  2. How have you seen individual communities live up to the aspirations that the Church as a whole has failed to meet?
