Honestly, I don’t really get how people believe queerness and Christianity are incompatible. For me, embracing my queerness strengthened my faith and helped me better understand God. Being queer—especially bisexual—shows me how expansive love can be.
God’s love is like that too. It’s queer: unconcerned with human barriers and boundaries—broader than we can imagine. I’m grateful for God’s overflowing love and my queer Christian encounter with it.
