Quantified Living

I love quantified living.

I love knowing how much I sleep, how many steps I take, how much water I drink, where I’ve been, and more. Only I don’t love when I have to stop what I’m doing in order to write down the stats. I don’t like when tracking my life gets in the way of living it.

I need technology that lives in the background, my own personal Big Brother providing me metrics and milestones to keep me focused and move me forward.

I need technology to be an extension of my skin, a digital exoskeleton that doesn’t distract me from life, but propels me into it.
