Action. Reflection. Action.
You do something. Then you meet with someone who has done it before and they create space for you to reflect on what you did and why you did it and what it brought to the surface. Then you go out and do it again, this time with a new perspective on the action you are about to take.
This process is the foundation of CPE. It’s an immersive experience that provides the possibility for a paradigm shift. And in the words of Thomas Kuhn, “Though the world does not change with a change of paradigm, the [person] afterward works in a different world.”
