New Parts Of Themselves - Thirty Seconds or Less

Being a Four, I am empathic in that I can feel really, really deep emotions. And so it ends up having to express itself somewhere because you can’t just feel things and carry them around with you. You have to find a way to speak them into the world. And I find that that empathic part ends up being translated into accessing new parts of themselves they didn’t know existed before.
