All Of It Matters

Typically, I don’t like binaries. I’ve found that when you reduce something down to only two options it’s usually oversimplification. But there’s one binary I can’t get away from.

In my own experience, when it comes to life either nothing matters or everything matters. Sure, you can choose a cynicism that says, “all of this is meaningless.”

But if you reject that premise, if you look for something else, you inevitably wind up at the conclusion that every moment, every day, every single experience is significant, that all of it matters.
