More than Right or Left

The Kingdom of God is more than left or right.

When truly realized it’s a community of Christ-likeness, embodying the right belief and right living through blood, sweat, and tears. Living, struggling together over what it means to individually and systemically change how we engage poverty, human and civil rights, racial violence, peacemaking, and the government.

For we echo the saints of old in believing “the Kingdom of God is not to be found in some other world beyond but in the midst of this world.” (HT: Bonhoeffer)
