The work I have dedicated my life to – to love God, to love others, and to make the world a better place here and now and for the future – I am galvanized by hope and strengthened by the One who calls me child. I am a prisoner of hope, desperately clinging to the belief that Love always wins.
This is not my call alone, and I join with all of the Saints in this holy and hard work, as you and I together do this work, side by side, hand in hand, breath by breath. The God who calls us has never abandoned us and invites in the creative act of redemption here and now and for the future.
