The Heartbeat - Thirty Seconds or Less

Seeing promise in the face of another;

experiencing beauty of human interrelatedness;

offering grace to all in our midst;

desiring that life be full for everyone;

this is the heartbeat of an enneagram type Two.

Those of us who identify as such are drawn to issues of justice and mercy. We seek the places where “faithfulness and truth meet; justice and well-being kiss.”

Until our shadow is cast over the way in which we view self. Our challenge is finding the strength to offer the justice and mercy we seek for others to ourselves.
