Creativity requires discipline. It takes a bit of blood, a lot of sweat, and more than likely a few tears.
What’s most frustrating about creativity is when you see anything that anyone else has done and it appears to emerge effortlessly, as if they exhale creativity like carbon dioxide.
But this is simply a facebookification of reality, a carefully curated front to make their creative endeavor appear effortless.
Because if we’re all honest, we will all realize that creative work is the morning workout you want to put off but know you need to do. It’s not easy, but it’s essential. And it no matter how hard it might be, it is completely worth it.
