We’re At A Crossroads

Abuse happens at intersections, yells out on the corner, pushes its way around a home. There are no safe places.

We can’t talk about violence without talking about patriarchy that codifies it.

We can’t talk about vulnerability and being at risk without calling out racism that perpetuates it.

We can’t talk about justice without questioning justice systems.

Audre Lorde, “We do not lead single-issue lives.”

We’re at a crossroads. Let’s deal with all of it.
