Creativity is not something that you do. It is something that you are.
It’s not a light switch you turn on and off as needed, a cookie cutter outline that you can stick in and peel off as you’d like.
Instead, creativity is a lens through which you implicitly and unconsciously see the world. It is the blue tinted glasses that you don’t know you are wearing, changing the tone of everything you see.
All reality is fantasy, everything you see is a creative projection. Instead of trying to compartmentalize it as right brained or left, simply swim along like the fish who doesn’t know what to say when she’s asked, “How’s the water?”
