We Are What We Consume

I had a coworker once compare his body to a race car. He said, “You wouldn’t put regular unleaded into one and expect it to perform well.”

His point was to say that it matters what you put in your body; there will always be some sort of effect.
This is by no means to say “changing what you put in your body will change your life,” but ask yourself right now: What do you consume? What are you eating? What are you reading? Watching? Listening to? And how do you feel? How do you act?
Do you see a connection to the fear, the anger, the hope, the joy, the peace, or the anguish? In many ways we are what we consume.
