God gave Godself a body
“That body’s no good, you’ve got to punish it,” said the Accuser
“Destroy it so your father can save you.”Instead, God in God’s body
touched a leper all others avoided,
made himself the target of stones aimed at a shamed woman,
returned to life with his scars intact.What if, instead of destroying my body to meet someone else’s standards, I risk the good body I’ve been given to heal others?
