I Will Not Be Betrayed - Thirty Seconds or Less

This is Tony Jones and I’m thrilled to be back on Thirty Seconds or Less.

I am an Enneagram Eight and I just want to say about that that the lost childhood message of an Eight is “I will not be betrayed.”

And I will tell you that the hardest thing for me as an Eight to get my head around is betrayal or lack of loyalty from a friend or family member, something like that. That is, without question, the biggest stumbling block for me, is a perceived betrayal from somebody else in my direction.

So if you know or love somebody who is an Eight, know that loyalty is their highest value and if you make a choice that doesn’t seem loyal, they’re going to struggle to understand that choice.
