I start wondering about confirmation. Episcopalians are not Anglicans. (Or is it that Anglicans are not Episcopalians?)
This was easier when I was Baptist, when it was just about joining the people you liked the best and agreed with the most.
The Eucharist changes all of that. You’re all suddenly at the same table and you have to ask less about rightness and more about where best you pray.
I realize that I am starting to think myself as “not Baptist.” I realize I haven’t been Baptist for a long time.
