Act Before I Am Ready - Thirty Seconds or Less

For some years I have been in a self-imposed retreat. Having moved away from my evangelical upbringing with its disdain for social justice, I have been uncertain where to put my feet, how I can participate in justice today.

So like a dutiful Five, I have been living in my head, reading and learning, thinking and theorizing, listening and talking, all in preparation for re-engaging with the world in a new way, a reality both already and not yet.

For as a Five, I must always act before I am ready, because it is acting which makes me ready.
